Assembly service UppLöv + UppTäcka Light rooftop tents – Upon Collection

Want to hit the road with your new UppLöv or UppTäcka Light roof tent without any worries? Then choose our assembly service at pickup!

The tents in the UppLöv series + the UppTäcka Light come with partial assembly as standard. The first installation still requires manual assembly, which takes about 45 minutes on average.

Feel free to leave that to us. For an additional charge of €75, we will make sure your tent is fully assembled and placed on your car.

Upon arrival, check the packaging for visible shipping damage. If there is visible shipping damage to the package, take photos and make a note on the carrier's delivery receipt; is the visible shipping damage severe? Contact our emergency number on the shipping label to discuss whether to refuse delivery.

Place the package on a flat surface with the top cover arrows facing up. Open the packaging by removing the lid from the shipping box. Unfold the tent, possibly on a couple of trestles, to inspect it for any (shipping) damage and assess whether it meets your expectations in terms of size, color and finish. You can also remove the instructions, fasteners and ladder from the tent.

As long as you are not sure if you want to keep the product, do not use the product (mount it on your car and take it on a weekend trip) and carefully keep the packaging including all protective equipment, manuals, etc. For the complete regulations regarding the "on sight" in the cooling-off period for products purchased online, we refer you to the applicable laws and regulations, laid down in the Distance Selling Act, our general terms and conditions and the information in the right of withdrawal and return tab.
